These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MessMe mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by MessMe ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using MessMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Automatically categorize messages using hashtags (#todo, #note, #journal)
  • Organize thoughts into todos, notes, and journal entries
  • Search and filter your personal content
  • Access your data across your devices

What MessMe Is NOT:

  • A communication platform for messaging others
  • A social media or sharing platform
  • A backup service for external files
  • A professional medical or therapeutic tool

3. User Account and Registration

Account Creation

  • You can sign in using Google or Apple authentication
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One person per account - sharing accounts is not permitted

Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You're responsible for all activities under your account
  • We're not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May:

  • ✅ Use MessMe for personal thought organization and productivity
  • ✅ Create todos, notes, and journal entries for yourself
  • ✅ Export your own data for personal backup
  • ✅ Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

You May NOT:

  • ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
  • ❌ Share your account with others
  • ❌ Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • ❌ Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
  • ❌ Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • ❌ Store content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • ❌ Use the App to store sensitive financial or medical information

Content Guidelines

While MessMe is designed for personal use, we reserve the right to remove content that:

  • Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
  • Includes illegal material or promotes illegal activities
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or security threats
